The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. Travelling By car
Take A38 to Plymouth. Slip road from A38 to Plymouth city centre along Embankment Road. Changes to Gdynia Way (straight through). Onto Exeter Street (A374) to Charles Cross (roundabout). Straight over to the next roundabout (Drakes Circus). Then onto Cobourg Street but first left into Mayflower Street. Then first right into the car park at the back of 190 Armada Way (see street plan).

Travelling by Public Transport
Coming out of the train station, take the left hand road and continue up the hill and then down towards the city centre. There is a pedestrian underpass which will take you to the office if you head for the city centre (see plan for a clear location picture).
