The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. Travelling By car
Travelling south on the A338 from Ringwood enter Bournemouth. At the first roundabout (named St Pauls Roundabout) take the first exit signposted to the Travel Interchange. Follow a short stretch of dual carriageway to the next roundabout, go right round and come back on yourself. Oxford Road is the first road on the left and Holland House is the third building on the right (red/dark windows).There is limited parking on the forecourt and on the road outside, however, there are public car parks nearby. On arrival at the front reception please use the internal phone to contact the VOA .

Travelling by Public Transport
From the nearby Bus/Rail Travel Interchange - If arriving by train, cross the road to the bus station. Walk past a health club and turn left under Asda/Asda's car park and continue on through the underpass under the dual carriageway. Go left out of underpass then turn right along Oxford Road. Holland House is the third building on the right (red/dark windows). On arrival at the front reception please use the internal phone to contact the VOA . Approx 5/10 mins walk.
