The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. Leave M5 at Junction 27 and follow the A361 North Devon Link Road direct to Barnstaple. Follow signs for town centre and the office is situated opposite main bus depot.

Travelling by Public Transport
By train from Exeter St Davids on the tarka trail to Barnstaple Town Station. Office is 5 minute walk over main bridge to Town Square and a further minute to main bus depot.
