The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. From the North (Glasgow, Edinburgh) M74 off at junction 15(Moffat) take the A701 to Dumfries. At Tinwald Downs Roundabout (Tesco Extra filling station) take the 2nd exit onto the A701. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Edinburgh Road (A701). At roundabout take 1 st exit onto Moffat Road and follow road (past David Keswick Athletic Centre) to roundabout. Take 2 nd exit onto St Mary’s Street to roundabout. Take 1 st exit onto Cornwall Mount (past Police HQ) then take 1 st exit at roundabout onto Annan Road. At roundabout take 2 nd exit onto Brooms Road. 161 Brooms Road is the double storey building on the right.
