By car
The office is approximately 3 miles from the A3. From London direction
take the exit off the A3 signposted 'Godalming B3000' . Go straight
over first roundabout following signs for Charterhouse. At next roundabout take first exit also signposted 'Charterhouse'. Follow road ( Priorsfield Road) for approx 2 miles ( going straight over roundabout about a mile down continuing down Priorsfield Road) until you reach crossroads with Charterhouse Hooden Pub on the left
here you must turn immediately right into 'Borough Road'. Turn immediately right into 'Borough Road'. Take 2nd turn on right,
the office is situated in a 3 storey block between 2 other buildings
on the site. There is a large car parking area over the bridge at
the rear of the buildings. Signs direct you to the West Block and
the reception is on the 1st floor.
From the Portsmouth direction follow A3, pass Milford/Hurtmore
exit and come off at exit for Godalming B3000. At roundabout take
2nd exit, go over the A3 to another roundabout, take 2nd exit onto
Priorsfield Road then continue as above.
Travelling by Public Transport
The office is approx 5 mins walk from Godalming Station (Waterloo-Portsmouth Line). From Godalming Station turn left and walk down the steps by lamppost and where taxi rank is and turn left at the bottom at the car park, at the entrance bear right and take the steps that lead down to the lower station car park. Walk through the lower station car park and turn left at the vehicular entrance to the car park, continue down this road and walk under the railway bridge, immediately on your right are some wooden gates, this is the rear entrance to Westbrook Mills, please use the intercom to gain access to the site. The valuation office is situated in the middle block, if you continue from the back gate straight ahead through the car park and across the weir, reception is situated on the 1st flr of the 3 storey building.
The bus service to Godalming operates from the depot in Guildford.
The nearest bus stop to the office is in Godalming High Street which
is approx 10 minutes walk. At the Peperpot end of the High Street
turn down Church Street, take 2nd road on the right past the entrance
to the church. Follow Westbrook Road down to the railway bridge
follow directions from here as above.
