Travelling By car
From the city centre travel up the A456 Broad Street to Five Ways Island. At the island turn left into Islington Row and then immediately left into Tennant Street. There are two pay to park car parks on the left.

Once parked walk back up Tennant Street to Islington Row and use the Pelican Crossing to cross to the other side. Turn left down Islington Row and then turn right into George Road. Regent Court is approximately halfway along on the right-hand side.

Travelling by Public Transport
At New Street Station proceed to platform 10B or 11B (Services alternate platform) and take the service to either Redditch or Longbridge which are about every 10 – 15 mins. Get off at “Five Ways” station which is the first stop, come out of the station entrance and turn left and then take the second left into George Road.

Walking time 10/15 minutes. Busses can be caught from Corporation Street and Colmore Row
Nos . 9, 19, 139, 21, 23, 29,126,128/129 all stop near the Office ask for the Rat & Parrot .
