By car
Via M1
Huddersfield is approx 11 miles from Jct.38 on the M1.
From Jct 38 roundabout follow signs for Huddersfield A637.Take the
first exit on A642 (Huddersfield). Follow the A642 until the junction
with A629 keep in lane to go forward onto the A629. The A629 continues
into Huddersfield until it meets the A62 (ring road) at the next
roundabout.
There is no car parking facilities within Ramsden House but a multi
storey car park is situated close by. This can be found by taking
the first exit off the roundabout on the ring road past the university
building. Then take the slip road off to the left following car
park signs round to the right and under the tunnel.
Via M62
When travelling on the M62 from the west exit Jct.23 which is just
over 3 miles from Huddersfield.Take the A640 (Huddersfield) signs
and follow them until the junction with Huddersfield ring road (A62)
For the Alfred Street car park turn right onto A62 into the left
hand lane. Stay in this lane through three sets of traffic lights,
at the fourth set take the slip road to the left into Alfred Street
.
The car park entrance is the second entrance on the right .
When travelling on the M62 from the east , exit
at Junction 24 which is around 3 miles from Huddersfield.Take the
A629 (Huddersfield) signs and follow them towards Huddersfield.
Take the A640 (Huddersfield) and follow this to junction with the
Huddersfield ring road (A62)For the Alfred Street car park turn
right into A62 into the left hand lane. Stayin this lane through
three sets of traffic lights, at the fourth set take the slip road
to the left into Alfred Street. The car park entrance is the second
entrance on the right.

Huddersfield railway station is in the centre of Huddersfield just
10 mins walk from the London Support Unit. The rail routes link
from East and West coast, from London Kings Cross , via Wakefield
or Leeds and from Scotland on the east coast line.
