By car
Access from the M25 - Exit at Junction 24 and take the
A111 to Cockfosters. Continue through Cockfosters until you come
to a large roundabout where you should take the second exit (straight
across) and follow the signs for Southgate. Follow this road down
to a roundabout with Asda on your left and go straight across. Just
a short distance further on is another roundabout with Southgate
Tube Station on your right. At this roundabout take the 1st exit
off and then turn immediately left again into Chase Road. Enfield
Valuation Office is just a short distance along on the left. There
are some visitor parking spaces situated in the forecourt at the
front of the building but if there are no spaces available on site,
then at present there are few side street parking restrictions so
a space should be available quite close by.
Travelling by Public Transport
Enfield Valuation Office is in Southgate and can be reached
by tube via the Piccadilly Line or by various local buses. The bus
station is located just behind the tube station. When you come out
at the front of the station, cross the main road towards the Wimpy
and continue walking around the corner into Chase Road. Enfield
Valuation Office is just a short distance along on the left.
