The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. Travelling By car

• Exit from M1 junction both north and south at Junction 25.
• Follow A52 into Derby.
• No visitor parking, plenty of public car parking within close proximity to St. Peter's House.

Travelling from the west by A50 or A38 (from A50 join A38 either Via A516 or at Toyota junction).

• After the A516 joins A38 road becomes 3 lanes for short distance.
• Leave at next junction (A516 again) and head towards City Centre.
