The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. TRAVEL DETAILS

Travelling by Car

  • M1 Northbound : Leave at junction 17, joining the M45 towards Coventry, in due course this will change into the A45. Head for the inner ring road (City Centre) and then leave at exit 6 on the inner ring road.
  • M1 Southbound : Leave at Junction 19, joining the M6 northbound. Continue until Junction 2 where you will join the A4600. Head for the inner ring road (City Centre) and then leave at exit 6 on the inner ring road.
  • M40 Northbound : Leave at Junction 15 and join the A46. Head for the inner ring road (City Centre) and then leave at exit 6 on the inner ring road.
  • M40 Southbound : Leave at Junction 15 and join the A46. Head for the inner ring road (City Centre) and then leave at exit 6 on the inner ring road.
  • From Birmingham : follow the A46 to Coventry. Head for the inner ring road (City Centre) and then leave at exit 6 on the inner ring road.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO VISITOR PARKING ON SITE - THE NEAREST PARKING IS THE NCP MULTI STOREY LOCATED ON FRIARS ROAD TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.

Travelling by Public Transport

Leave the railway station and walk across the new square then turn right along Park Road

Walk along Park Road until you get to a crossroad, turn Left into Manor Road

Walk along Manor Road for a short distance , then cross over the road and you will see a footbridge across the ring road.(marked FB) on the location plan

This will bring you to the eastern end of the building

ACCESS TO THE BUILDING IS THROUGH THE INLAND REVENUE ENQUIRY CENTRE.
