The Valuation Office Agency in 2009 has been reviewing the property market report to assess its fitness for today's UK property market.
This being the second of the two reports for 2009, is again a mini update report, covering the following data sets:-

- Residential Building Land
- Housing Market
- Industrial Land
- Methodology
These are being provided as an aid to the continuity of the land value series and also to keep abreast of the housing market prior to the conclusions of the report review.
