Important changes to the report

The Valuation Office Agency in 2009 is reviewing the property market report to assess its fitness for today's UK property market.

The two reports for 2009 will therefore be mini update reports covering the following data sets:-

• Agricultural Land
  
• Residential Building Land
  
• Housing Market
  
• Industrial Land
  
• Methodology

These are being provided as an aid to the continuity of the land value series and also to keep abreast of the housing market prior to the conclusions of the report review.
