The Valuation Office Agency Cost Guide is available to purchase in CD-Rom format.
The 2005 Rating Lists’ Guide has been prepared for the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and Scottish Assessors Association (SAA) for valuations prepared on the Contractor’s Basis. It is not intended for use for other purposes such as the preparation of asset or insurance valuations.
The Guide provides levels of costs at the 2005 Revaluation Antecedent Valuation Date (AVD) of 1 April 2003 and is intended to be used to assess the Estimated Replacement Cost (ERC) of the hereditament at Stage 1 of the contractor's basis of valuation. It also provides guidance for adjustments to be made at Stage 2 to assess the Adjusted Replacement Cost (ARC).
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information given in the Guide, the VOA and SAA do not in any way accept liability for loss of any kind resulting from the use made by any person of such information.
- To obtain a Valuation Office Agency Rating Cost Guide CD-ROM please complete and return the cost guide order form below.
- Upon receipt of your order form we will acknowledge with a confirmation email and assign a request order reference.
- Please note that we accept cheque only as method of payment. After cheque clearance please allow 10 working days for processing and dispatch.
- Value added Tax and posting and packaging is included in the total cost price which is displayed in UK pound Stirling (£).
- Purchasers of the cost guide will be entitled to any periodical updates made to the cost guide free, for the entire duration of the revaluation period.
