COUNCIL TAX (WALES) REVALUATION 2005 - AMENDMENTS TO DRAFT LIST

1. Introduction

There will be a software release on 30 September 2004 to enable users to maintain the draft lists.

2. Adding or Amending a Band

The REMARKS column is a mandatory field and must be used to explain the reason for the change. The following is a list of reasons which must be used.

1. Review of 1993 list entry ie LORs and BARs
2. Settlement of 1993 appeal
3. CR10inactivated
4. Written query
5. Telephone Query
6. Consequential
7. VO error in draft list

3. Delete Provisional Band

The new screen can be used to delete a provisional band. For the REMARKS the default text “Provisional Band Deleted” must be used.

Should a provisional band be deleted in error it must be reinstated the following day with the following text entered in the REMARKS column: “Reinstated – Provisional Band deleted in error”.
