COUNCIL TAX (WALES) REVALUATION 2005 - ISSUE OF INDIVIDUAL NOTIFICATIONS

Following the publication of the draft lists on 1 September 2004 Council Tax payers will receive individual notifications of their proposed 2005 Band. The notices will be bilingual.

An outside contractor will undertake the production of the notices. Royal Mail will deliver the notices using “Mailsort 3” service. Whilst this service guarantees delivery within 7 working days, it is possible they could be delivered earlier. A Welsh Assembly Government leaflet will also be included with the notices.

The table below shows the distribution of issue of notices. The dates shown on the table are the dates Royal Mail will pick up the notices from the contractor.
