1. The Practice Note referred to in Wales Council Tax Revaluation Circular No.20 is attached and banding of this category of dwelling must commence on receipt of this circular and completed by 15 May 2004.
Wales Council Tax Revaluation 2005 - Mobile Homes Practice Note
2. 2005 Bands must be entered on the relevant Estate File spreadsheet on the first sheet entitled Dwellings.
3. When all bandings for a site are complete and QC procedures have been undertaken a printout of the spreadsheet must be passed to the admin support staff to input 2005 Band onto the Central Database.
4. Each location must create a binder – CT Reval 2005 – Mobile Homes for each Billing Authority and when QC of inputting of bands is completed the hardcopy of the spreadsheet must be filed in the appropriate binder and retained for audit purposes.
