CTR(E) IA 021204 - Property Details Form VO7497
These Instructions and Advice were prepared for internal use within the Valuation Office Agency as part of work towards a council tax revaluation in England that was due to take effect on 1 April 2007. The government announced its intention to postpone the revaluation on 20th September 2005 and preparatory work for a revaluation in 2007 has now been stopped.

CT IA 120803 introduced new Council Tax forms which incorporated requirements to assist with the Mass Data Capture of Dwellinghouse Coding in preparation for the CT Revaluation (England) |

One of these forms, VO7497 - Property Details, has been revised and locations will have received an automatic supply of the new version for use in connection with Data Enhancement for CT R(E) 2007. Guidance on the use of the form for this purpose will be provided in future IAs |

The revised VO7497 should not be used for current work until existing supplies of the old version have been exhausted. |

Local versions of the form should not be used. |

Offices in Wales should continue using the existing form VO7497 for the current list. All forms in Wales are currently being updated to take into account of CT Revaluation (Wales) 2005. |
