Invited by the IRRV to deliver a 30-minute presentation (PDF 88Kb) entitled ‘Delivering the Modern Valuation Service – 2010 and Beyond’, Andrew Hudson discussed the wider context of modernisation across the public service and then focused on the VOA’s progress in modernising the service it offers to customers and clients.
The conference is one of the largest events in the local government calendar, attracting over 1,000 delegates each year. The VOA has had a presence at the event since 2004.
