VOA Announces Rhyl as Location of Welsh Processing Centre
Valuation Office Agency Announces Rhyl As Location Of Welsh Processing Centre

The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) today announced that Rhyl would become the location for its central processing centre in Wales. The centre will carry out routine processing functions associated with the Agency’s property valuation work and is expected to provide up to 40 positions once fully operational. The creation of a processing centre is part of a range of measures the VOA is introducing to work more efficiently and to provide better customer service in the future.

This decision was taken after examining a number of Welsh locations and included looking at the wider context of the HM Revenue and Customs Change Programme. The processing centre will utilise surplus accommodation at the current HMRC building in Churton Road, Rhyl.
