HM Revenue and Customs has today announced the terms of reference for the planned regular framework review of the VOA.
The review will take a wide-ranging look at the effectiveness of the VOA - what it does, how it does it, and will involve stakeholder consultation.
The framework document published as a result of the previous review in 2005 stated that the Agency should be reviewed again in three year’s time.
The review is being led by a senior director from HMRC, as the Agency’s parent department, and is expected to be completed by the end of May 2009. |
