Risk managementRisk Management
The Management Board prioritises the risks facing the Agency on an annual basis then regularly reviews these throughout the year.
Directors monitor these risks as part of their normal operational tasks and formally report on them quarterly.
The reports are examined at meetings of the Agency’s Audit Committee.
All projects and divisional plans identify risks and appropriate risk management strategies

GovernanceGovernance
A Management Board (with 25% non-executive membership) led by a Chief Executive who is appointed by, and reports to, the Chairman of the Board of HM Revenue & Customs.
The Chairman’s role is supported by an Advisory Board representing our main clients and non-executives .
The Minister with responsibility for the Agency is the Paymaster General who formally announces the Agency’s key targets to Parliament.
