of them as quickly and professionally as possible, to meet
your deadlines and information needs. Often enquiries will
relate to specific, and specialist, issues on valuations
for council tax and business rates. These cases require the
media team to consult with our valuation experts in any of
85 local offices around the country and it may take a little
longer to get back to you. However, we will always get back
