The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. Travel Details

Travelling By Car

1. Turn off the A55, junction 27.
2. Follow signposts for Rhyl.
3. Once in the town centre, go over the railway bridge (Morrisons on your left) you will need to get into the right hand lane.
4. Turn first right (signposted Promenade) and keep in the right hand lane (Nationwide ahead) signposted Prestatyn.
5. Continue ahead and when the road splits keep left.
6. Churton Road is along on the right (approx 4 turning).
7. Llys Anwyl is situated on the left hand side opposite the Denbighshire Council Offices.

Travelling by Public Transport

1. Upon exiting the railway station, turn right and walk to the end of the curved shelter of the Bus Station.
2. At the cross roads cross over (keeping the Bingo Hall to your right) and proceed down Brighton Road.
3. At Bath Street (3rd turning on your left) cross over the road and continue down Brighton Road.
4. At the ‘T’ junction, turn left into Churton Road. 
5. Llys Anwyl is situated on the right hand-side (opposite the Council offices on the left).
