The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs. Most, though certainly not all, of the work we do involves compiling and maintaining the rating and council tax lists for England and Wales. Travelling By Car

  1. From North, M5 motorway
  2. Exit junction 29
  3. At traffic lights turn right on to A30 following signs for City Centre, passing The Met Office on your right
  4. Go straight across next roundabout on to B3183 (Honiton Road)
  5. At traffic lights turn right and follow signs for Heavitree and City Centre
  6. Take right hand fork at the next traffic lights and continue straight on
  7. Take second exit at roundabout into Paris Street (B3183) and turn left at traffic lights into Southernhay
  8. Follow signs for Broadwalk House and car park, which is situated under the office building

  • St Davids Railway Station with connection by train to central station located 1 minute from High Street
