How we deal with your enqiry

Emails and telephone calls will be answered by a member of our Network Support Office. Our advisors will respond to your question or, if required, redirect you to a Rent Officer in the appropriate local office.

Completed forms that have been signed by BOTH landlord and prospective tenant should be taken or sent to the Housing Benefit Office in the area in which the accommodation is situated.

Please note that we do not supply housing benefit application forms. These can be obtained from the Housing Benefit Office of the local authority in the area in which the accommodation is situated.

If you have recently made an application for housing benefit, enquiries regarding the progress of your application should be directed to the housing benefit department at the local authority.
