For now, you can provide lettings information:

by completing our lettings information collection form pdf or xls and either emailing or posting it to us.
in person, over the phone or by arranging to meet a Rent Officer

Rent Officers need full addresses of properties to maintain the quality of our database, minimise duplication, avoid rents supported by Housing Benefit and use the closest comparable property when undertaking a valuation.

Naturally, all information received from our sources is stored on a secure computer database and is only accessible to staff dealing with Rent Officer work. If you have any reservations, either call us to discuss or see our Data Protection and Security of Your Data guidance.

A Rent Officer will always carry a VOA photo ID card. It is good practice for them to show their ID card when meeting you for the first time but in a crowded event or landlord forum it may not be practical. Please don´t hesitate to ask to see it.
