17 May 2012	Business Floorspace (Experimental Statistics)	This new statistical release provides a time series of statistics on the floorspace and rateable value of a range of classes of property liable for business rates. Statistics are shown as at 31st March each year from 2000 to 2012.
3 May 2012	Council Tax Valuation List: Challenges	This release provides information about the challenges, made against entries in the England (1993) and Wales (2005) Council Tax Valuation Lists, cleared in the fourth quarter of the 2011-12 financial year. Note: As part of the data checking process duplicates were identified in the columns containing counts of band reviews resulting in no change to the band (i.e. the “unchanged” columns). Removal of these duplicates has led to slightly lower totals, than previous releases, in the following tables: Table 1, columns D and H. Table 2, columns F and J. Table 3.1, columns F and G. Table 4, columns D and H. Table 5, columns F and J. Table 6.1, columns F and G. Table 7, columns E and I. Table 8, columns G and K. Table 9.1, columns G and H. This issue is also present in previous Council Tax Valuation Lists: Challenges releases back to 2005-06. As a result of this the VOA has temporarily taken down all affected releases and will publish revised versions of these releases by end May 2012.
3 May 2012	Local Rating Lists: Challenges	This release provides information about the number of formal challenges made against the 2005 and 2010 Local Rating Lists, for England and Wales, received in the fourth quarter of the 2011-12 financial year.
26 April 2012	Council Tax Valuation Lists: Summary	This release provides information on the number of dwellings by Council Tax Band for each administrative area in England and Wales together with national and regional totals, as at the end of the fourth quarter of the 2011-12 financial year. This release also provides estimates of the number of dwellings by Council Tax band for each Parliamentary Constituency in England and Wales.
26 April 2012	Central and Local Rating Lists: Summary	This release provides summary statistics on the number of hereditaments and total rateable values in both the Central and Local Rating Lists, for England and Wales, as recorded at the end of the fourth quarter of the 2011-12 financial year.
26 April 2012	Council Tax Valuation Lists: Changes	An update to the August 2011 release to correct the ordering of column headings in tables 3.1 and 3.2
5 April 2012	Statistical Release Timetable	The 2 month view updated with releases planned for April and May, including: Council Tax Valuation List: Summary (England and Wales) Central and Local Rating Lists: Summary (England and Wales) Council Tax Valuation List: Challenges (England and Wales) Local Rating Lists: Challenges (England and Wales) Floorspace Statistics Local Rating Lists: Changes (England and Wales) Residential Rental Market Statistics The 12 month view updated with releases planned up to and including March 2013. This includes: Council Tax Valuation Lists: Summary (England and Wales). This release will provide counts of dwellings for each output area in England and Wales for both the end of March 2012. This output is hosted by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Neighbourhood Statistics (NeSSwebsite). This release will be published by the beginning of June 2012.
26 January 2012	Private Rental Market Statistics	This release provides statistics on the private rental market for England. This is an update to a previous release last published on 27 October 2011. The release presents the mean (average), median, lower quartile, and upper quartile gross monthly rent paid (ignoring any adjustment for services not eligible for housing benefit), for a number of bedroom/room categories for each Local Authority (LA) in England for the 12 months to the end of December 2011.
19 January 2012	Local Rating Lists: Challenges	This release provides information about the number of formal challenges against the 2005 and 2010 Local Rating Lists, for England and Wales, received in the third quarter of the 2011-12 financial year.
12 January 2012	Council Tax Valuation Lists: Summary	This release provides information on the number of dwellings by Council Tax Band for each administrative area in England and Wales together with national and regional totals, as at the end of the third quarter of the 2011-12 financial year.
12 January 2012	Central and Local Rating Lists: Summary	This release provides summary statistics on the number of hereditaments and total rateable values in both the Central and Local Rating Lists, for England and Wales, as recorded at the end of the third quarter of the 2011-12 financial year.
8 December 2011	Local Rating Lists: Commercial and Industrial Floorspace	The release date for this has been deferred until at least May 2012. This release provides summary statistics on floorspace and rateable value for various classes of hereditament in England and Wales.
8 December 2011	Statistical Release Timetable	The 2 month view has been updated to include firm release dates for statistical publications planned for December 2011 and January 2012 The 12 month view has been updated to include release months for statistical publications planned up to and including December 2012.
3 November 2011	Council Tax Valuation Lists: Summary Hosted by Neighbourhood Statistics (NeSS) website	This release provides counts of dwellings by Council Tax Band for each output area in England and Wales together with national, regional and Local Authority (LA) totals, as at end March 2010 and end March 2011.
27 October 2011	Private Rental Market Statistics	This release provides statistics on the private rental market for England. 20 October 2011	Local Rating Lists: Challenges	This release provides statistics on formal challenges brought against the 2005 and 2010 Local Rating Lists, for England and Wales, for the second quarter of the 2011-12 financial year. The release also details the outcome of challenges settled over the same period.
