The National Ratepayers Forum (formerly the National Ratepayers Valuation Forum) was launched by the Valuation Office Agency in 2000 to help us talk and exchange information with ratepayers and the Forum has helped the VOA make significant improvements to the ways in which we collect and present information as part of the revaluation process. It also allows discussion about wider policy issues related to business rates.
Meetings of the Forum are held regularly and records of meetings are published on the VOA website.
