Overview

This scale is primarily to be used for all industrial properties measured to Gross Internal Area but may be used more widely.
It should not be used for properties which require valuation on an overall basis such as upper floor hereditaments and railway arches, nor properties measured to Net Internal Area.
No differentiation is made between between factories and warehouses.
