 The valuation scheme is designed to give you more information about the summary valuation you have received in the post, or viewed on this web site. It explains our approach to valuing properties that are similar to yours. It may, for example, show what price is added on for car parking or air conditioning. The scheme also shows the overall range of value (in £/m2) for properties in the scheme.
 Each scheme has its own reference number and it is possible to see what other properties have been valued at under the same scheme by clicking on the ‘ compare summary valuations ’ button.
